ROI: Online training yields highest returns
The current e-commerce program that is available at the Center was originally designed for business and government people that have a great understanding of their own business processes but want to discover how new technology can better prepare them. It was also written for multi-national corporations and conglomerates wanting to penetrate new markets. They want their businesses now to be «open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week». Founded in 1996, the General Center for Internet Services Inc. is a leader in modern Internet technology and, in 2000, devoted more than 5% of it's consolidated corporate profits to it's own R&D. For the year 2000 alone, GCIS has developed more than 8 new e-commerce and e-Business applications and tools for Fortune 100 and 500 corporations in more than 22 countries.
